Cancellation Policy
A non–refundable booking deposit of €249 is required to confirm accommodation.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
In event of cancellation the following charges apply:
a) Booking deposit is non-refundable
b) 6 to 2 weeks before date of arrival 50% cancellation charge will apply
c) 2 weeks or less before date of arrival 100% cancellation charge will apply.
Refunds to credit cards are also liable to a 1.5% deduction.

Check in time is between 4pm and 7.30pm
Check out time is at 10am on morning of departure.
It is very important that you contact George, your host at least 24 hours prior to your arrival
date to advise your time of arrival.
Any late arrivals must be pre-arranged.

Electricity and oil for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is prepaid at the time of booking with Dream Ireland.
It is charged at a rate of €8 per day.
The proprietors are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during your stay or left after departure.
Cots and highchairs should be pre-booked with the resort when making your reservation.
Guests should bring along their own cot linen. (please note this is a travel cot so you may
wish to bring along your own cot mattress)
Pets are welcome at Donegal Boardwalk Resort, please mention at time of booking if you
would like to bring your pet.
There is an additional charge of €30.00 per pet payable onsite.
We respectfully ask that you keep your dog on a lead while outdoors.
