We kindly ask guests to arrive 1 hour 10 minutes prior to their treatment to enjoy their complimentary Thermal Suite Experience.
If you have booked our Private Hot Tub, please arrive an additional 30 minutes earlier, totalling 1 hour and 40minutes before your treatment to make the most of your full experience.
Bookings
To ensure your comfort and safety, all guests are asked to complete a short consultation form prior to treatment, which includes essential health information. If your package includes lunch or refreshments, please let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We accept cash, card, and Spa Na Mara vouchers as payment methods. Online bookings require prepayment or you can call the spa directly to book.
